5. Instagram Connection

This application is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.

By connecting your Instagram account, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Instagram account credentials
• You will comply with Instagram's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• This app accesses Instagram data through your authenticated session for analytics purposes
• Instagram may update their platform at any time, which could affect app functionality
• We are not responsible for changes made by Instagram to their platform or policies

Account Security: We recommend using strong, unique passwords for your Instagram account and enabling two-factor authentication when available.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use this application only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the application. You must not:

While we strive to provide accurate follower analytics and insights, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided. Analytics are estimates and should be used for informational purposes only.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the application. Your continued use of the application after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the application immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. You may also terminate your use at any time by deleting the application and disconnecting your Instagram account.

10. Subscriptions and Payments

Premium Features: Some features of this app require a paid subscription purchased through Apple's In-App Purchase system.

Subscription Terms:

• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account
• Payment is charged upon confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings
• No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription term
• When a subscription is cancelled, access to premium features will continue until the end of the current billing period

Pricing: All prices are displayed in your local currency and may be subject to change. Price changes will not affect existing subscriptions during their current term.

Free Trials: If offered, free trial periods will convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.

11. Age Requirements

You must be at least 4 years old to use this application. By using this app, you represent that you are at least 4 years of age.

If you are under 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you confirm that you have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use this app and that they have read and agreed to these Terms.

We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. If we discover that a user is under 4 years old, we will immediately terminate their access and delete their data.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the app developers, owners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of this application
• Your violation of these Terms of Service
• Your violation of any third-party terms of service
• Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
• Any data or content you submit through the app
• Unauthorized use of your account

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of analytics data
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• We are not liable for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses
• We are not liable for service interruptions or third-party platform changes
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app subscription in the last 12 months

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your country of residence, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the app shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You agree to waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.

For users in the European Union, you have the right to bring disputes before the courts of your country of residence.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
